Formosa brought me on board as a senior tech art generalist for their newly established art department. Known primarily as an audio house, this was a new venture for them, and I joined right at the start. I helped establish standards and pipelines, including structuring content depots for multiple clients and projects and setting up version control. I also played a key role in creating a demo to showcase our full-service offerings, from concept and art direction to environment art and character animation. As the sole Unreal Engine specialist, I coordinated asset integration and initiated opportunities for junior artists from other teams to contribute, particularly with foliage assets.
